Pre-Session Reflection
You’ll receive a short questionnaire to help us tune into what’s actually taking up space — what’s looping, what you’re craving more of, and what’s quietly (or blatantly) asking to change. Think of it as clearing the surface so we can go straight to the point.

Tarot & Oracle Reflection
We use the cards as mirrors and prompts for exploration — not to predict your future, but to see patterns, desires, and dynamics already playing out across your timeline. This is where things click. Language appears for what you’ve been sensing but haven’t quite named yet.

Embodied Integration
Insight is cute, but integration is the real flex. Depending on what comes through, we’ll use a simple guided practice — visual, somatic, or reflective — to help your body catch up to the clarity your mind just landed on. No fluff, no forcing. Just something that actually shifts how you move forward.

Timeline Alignment
We close by gently releasing what no longer serves from your timeline using a meditative timeline ritual. We’ll also orient you toward the direction you desire. You’ll leave with a clear inner reference point — a future-self image or felt sense you can return to when making decisions, setting boundaries, or choosing your next move.

You leave clearer, calmer, and more self-directed — with language for where you are, confidence in where you’re going, and a grounded sense of “I know what I’m doing next.”
