What this is

The way you describe your life becomes the way you experience it. So we’ll start by discussing the language you use β€” and how the way you think and speak shapes your perception of reality.

Then we’ll explore how writing can be used more intentionally, not just to process, but to direct attention and create shifts.

We’ll look at a variety of hypnotic writing tools based on the works by Milton Erickson of Ericksonian Hypnosis, and what that can do with/for our minds – this will be demonstrated through a couple of guided meditation journeys, created using the tools and techniques shared.

From there, you’ll move through a series of guided writing exercises, followed by reflection.

Why this matters

Most people write to document what’s already happening. But writing can also change how you see things β€” and what you do next.

Who it’s for

If you journal, want to journal, or are curious about how writing or words/language affects your mindset and direction β€” this is for you.

If you also would like to write your own guided meditation scripts, enhance your creative and copywriting skills, these techniques can help with that too.

No experience needed.
